In science, Jonah brought in a fish and we cut it open. First we looked at the outside and pulled off scales. We pulled up the gill cover and looked inside. Then Jonah tried to pull out the heart. It was attached firmly, so he had to pull out the intestines and internal organs instead. Then we cut it open further and looked at the swim bladder. Then we cut off the head and tried to pull out the eye and what might have been the brain. Some people said it was the best science class ever. Some people wanted to throw up.
